1. Who we are

PlayTVX (“we”, “us”) runs playtvx.com and sells IPTV subscriptions. This page explains what information we use when you visit the site or place an order, and why. If you have any question about it, write to us at contact@playtvx.com.

2. We do not share or sell your information

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with any third party. The only exception is PayPal, our payment provider, which receives what it needs to process your payment. Your details are never added to marketing lists and are never passed to other companies for their own use.

3. What we use, and only for your order

We use your information for two things only: to process your order and to deliver your subscription.

• Name and email address: to confirm your order and send your subscription login details.
• WhatsApp number (only if you contact us there): to answer you and help you set up.
• Your plan and device: to activate the right subscription and give the right setup steps.

We do not ask for anything we do not need for these two purposes.

4. We do not keep your data

We do not store your information in any customer database, profile or mailing list. Once your order is processed and your subscription is delivered, we do not keep your details for any other use. You can ask us at any time to delete anything linked to your order, and we will do it. The only exception is a basic payment record, where the law requires one.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. Whether you pay with a PayPal account or a card, PayPal processes the payment and receives only what it needs to take it. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Cookies and website statistics

Like most websites, playtvx.com uses cookies for basic site functions, for visit statistics and to measure our ads (Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity tools). These tools record how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and on which kind of device. We do not give them your order or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete any information we hold about you. Email contact@playtvx.com and we will reply as quickly as possible.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect any information you send us.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
